Elizabeth Cady Stanton still stands strong today as the leader in the revolutionary movement towards the women's right to vote. Her dedication, skill, courage, leadership came together to create a historical struggle of one gender to voice their opinion and gain their right to vote. Even when failure looked frightfully close, Stanton never gave up, instead found new ways to reach more audiences. Eventually, this path led to the country we have today, where women, men, and people of different ethnicities enjoy the same rights. Although Elizabeth Cady Stanton did not live to cast a ballot for women, her contributions cast a ballot for the future of American history, not only securing the right for women, but a nation with true equality.
